Lexington, Ky. – The Transylvania women's soccer team will begin its long awaited 2020-21 season on Tuesday, March 2 versus the Anderson University Ravens at Pat Deacon Stadium at 6:00 p.m.
After having its traditional fall season delayed due to the pandemic, Transylvania will wage a conference-only schedule against the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference field.
Not only does the arrival of the 2020-21 season provide the return of official competition for the Pioneers, but also an opportunity for the Pioneers to resume their climb up the HCAC table.
Transylvania women's soccer head coach Patrick Farmer, who enters his third year at the helm, along with veterans Casey Hite, Morgan Patton, and Abby Baker take a look ahead at the women's soccer season and the team's aspirations for the spring of 2021.
