Transylvania alum Matt Hadley enters his fifth year as goalkeeper coach for the Transylvania women’s soccer program in the 2022 season.

 As a former volunteer coach with Transylvania men’s soccer, Hadley assisted over a three-year span that saw the team reach national rankings and a conference championship before advancing to the NCAA tournament during their 2017 campaign. 

Developed by Hadley, senior goaltender Morgan Patton took home Player of the Week honors 3 times in the 2021 season, finishing the year with an impressive save percentage of 0.862 and goals-against-average of 0.59, going 10-6 in net.

Hadley currently holds an NSCAA Goalkeeping Level 2 Diploma along with a USSF National D License while also serving as a Kentucky ODP staff coach and a head/goalkeeping coach at Lexington FC.
