Transylvania University

Dixon serves as the acting Director of Sports Information after spending the 2014-15 school year as the Assistant Director of Sports Information. He leads website management and game operations for all 26 Pioneer athletic teams while working heavily with social media, graphic design, layout and day-to-day operation of Transylvania athletics communication. A 2014 alumnus of Transy, Dixon joined the athletics department after working for the Single-A Lexington Legends as a public relations and promotions intern.

During his time at Transylvania, Dixon was a four-year member of the baseball team, earning all-conference honors after his sophomore and junior seasons. Dixon holds a bachelor's degree from Transylvania in Writing, Rhetoric and Communication. He graduated with honors in WRC.

In addition to his duties as SID, Dixon also serves as an assistant coach for the Transylvania baseball team.
