Head Coach Briana McCulley stated that this game meant alot to her team, after their first match up. "Tonight meant alot to us - it was redemption. We wanted to prove ourselves that we could and we did. Everyone stepped up, did their part and most importantly, had each other's backs through it all. Yes we made mistakes and took some hits, but we moved forward together and that is what mattered most.".

The Pioneers are looking forward to their next match up on Saturday against Ohio Wesleyan University at Pat Deacon Stadium at 5 PM. Transylvania will be recognizing all of the senior on the team during this game. The ceremony will begin roughly 30 minutes before the first draw.
