CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Women's Tennis teams competed in week 14 of the 2025-26 season.
Athlete of the Week:
Maddy Williams (Mayfield, Ky.) Transylvania University | Senior -
Maddy Williams had big wins at No. 2 doubles and No. 3 singles against top HCAC competition in Rose-Hulman this week. Her wins sealed a critical victory for Transylvania and maintained Transylvania's undefeated HCAC streak. Williams was 6-4 winner in doubles and 6-4, 6-3 in singles.
Notable Performances:
- Eleanor Stillabower (Franklin, Ind.) Franklin College | Freshman - Eleanor Stillabower was a perfect 2-0 at No. 4 singles on the week, helping the Grizzlies to a pair of close team wins. She was a 6-2, 6-1 winner in a 4-3 squeaker against IU Kokomo. At Agnes Scott, Stillabower cruised to a 6-3, 6-1 singles victory and teamed up for a 6-3 win at No. 2 doubles.
- Emerson Donaldson (Greenwood, Ind.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Sophomore - Emerson Donaldson was the standout in the team's 5-2loss to Transylvania. Donaldson went 2-0 in the match, earning a win at No. 3 doubles with a score of 6-2 and a win at No. 2 singles with scores of 6-3, 6-1.
