Box Score WILMINGTON, Ohio - Transylvania's Robbie Gorham scored the game's only goal in the 4th minute Wednesday and the Pioneers held on for a 1-0 men's soccer win over Wilmington.

The Pioneers improved to 3-0-1 while the Quakers are 2-3.

Gorham scored his goal at the 3:20 mark and neither team was able to find the nets after that. Transy had an 18-15 edge in shots, including a 6-5 margin in attempts on goal. Transy keeper Taylor Nossokoff had five saves for the Pioneers. It was Gorham's first goal of the year.

Transy also had a 5-1 edge in corner kicks

The Pioneers are back in action on Saturday when they travel to Ohio Northern.
