Mason played varsity basketball from 2009-2013, winning three district championships and receiving first team all-district three times ... He also was named All-Region and All-State Honorable Mention and named First Team All-NKY ... Mason also played varsity golf from 2008-2009 and was a two time Region Champion ... He also played varsity soccer in 2010 and won a region champion.

Personal: Mason is the son of Michele and Kent Monroe and wants to earn his degree in exercise science ... He plans on attending the University of Kentucky for physical therapy school and to one day become a physical therapist ...
