CARMEL, Ind. – In a vote amongst league coaches, the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's soccer team was picked to finish first in the 2025 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) season.
 
The Fightin' Engineers claimed the first place finish in the preseason poll with 74 points and three first place nods.  Transylvania University was voted to finish second with 73 points and three first-place votes. Hanover College was voted to finish third (70) and picked up the remaining four first-place votes. In fourth place, was the Anderson University Ravens (57). Rounding out the top five is the Manchester University Spartans with 36 points.
